Introducing the brand new: Mr. + Mrs. Winters!

Where do I even begin with these two? From the minute I finished their engagement shoot, I knew that Hannah + John's wedding day would be just like them: easygoing, full of color and lots of personality!! To say that I enjoyed their day was an understatement! Winter weddings pose many different challenges from their summer counterparts, but I must say, I did fall in love with all of that beautiful snow!!

Hannah and John planned their intimate wedding day perfectly. From her curated details to romantic (albeit chilly) lake portraits, their wedding was perfectly fitting of their new name: Mr. + Mrs. Winters. Hannah and her wedding party were amazing!! From trusting my portrait locations to casually going with the flow of the day, they made my job a DREAM!!

John's Father spoke candidly and emotionally about the soon-to-be-newlyweds; from their first moments together right up to day they became engaged. It is always so personable to have a family member officiate a wedding ceremony and John knocked it out of the park!

You'll probably notice one particular cutie that also managed to steal the show, and this sweetheart's name is Elin. This young lady is John's niece and I love how she managed to incorporate herself into so many moments of the day (you'll have to see if you can spot her)! I giggled as I edited their wedding because I always seemed to find her smiling face (or perfectly color-coordinated dress) in my shots! To all the brides out there: I absolutely love when you include kiddos in your wedding day; they add so much color and spontaneity into your day :)

This powerhouse couple is going to bring so much joy to this world and I can't wait to follow their advenutures! As a person that has witnessed many weddings in my time, it is incredibly special to photograph one that you know will stand the test of time. It's hard to explain but, you can simply "feel" it on a wedding day; and these two have it! Hannah and John, I wish you the best and thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding day!
